A billionaire bought the Neverland Ranch, Michael Jackson’s property.
The property is located in Los Olivos, 40 miles away from Santa Barbara, California. It has a 12,500 square-foot house with different top-class facilities. You get different facilities like a cinema and dance studio, a barn, firehouse, zoo, and “Disney-style” train station.
A billionaire named Ron Burkle bought the property, who has a plan to create a new branch of the club. He bought it for $22million, which previously owned by the legendary pop star from 1987 to 2009.
The Wall Street Journal also reported the sales transaction of Michael Jackson’s property. “Michael Jackson’s onetime Neverland ranch has sold for $22 million to billionaire Ron Burkle, a onetime associate of the late pop star and co-founder of the investment firm Yucaipa Companies, according to public records and three people familiar with the deal,” the Journal reported.
