MGK hopes to uplift the demand for guitar music with his album ‘Tickets To My Downfall’.
The ‘Bloody Valentine’ hitmaker, MGK hopes that his music will help to attract the younger generation to pop-punk and rock music. Especially with his album ‘Tickets To My Downfall’. He is so confident that the younger generation will come to the field with new bands.

The rapper told NME: “Let’s just be stoked about something.
“This album might be the reason why bands of our generation, instead of the Foo Fighters, Green Day or one of those established artists, get to headline Coachella and s*** like that – because this album is gonna make the demand for guitar music go up! It’s tapped into the new generation of kids, the 13-to-18-year-olds, that those bands I just named can’t reach at this point.”
