Little Mix thanked their fans for getting ‘Sweet Melody’ on the top of Official Singles Charts.
The British girl group released their third song ‘Sweet Melody’ from the album Confetti. The song ‘Sweet Melody’ which released on 23 October 2020 has ranked as the No. 1 song on Official Singles Charts replacing Wham!’s ‘Last Christmas’.

“We literally can’t thank the fans enough,” Little Mix thanked their fans while speaking to Scott Mills and OfficialCharts.com. “We see them every day fighting to get this song to No. 1. The fact this song has been out since October and now it’s got to No. 1 just shows how dedicated they are. We can’t wait to eventually get back on the road again and see them all — and give them a big hug when we’re allowed.”
Little also thanked their fans through a Tweeter post. They wrote: “
Sweet Melody is NUMBER ONE [three fire emojees] Thank you everyone who’s supported the song this week [black heart emojee]. WE LOVE YOU ALL xx”
While Little Mix’s single is the No. 1 on the charts, Ed Sheeran’s ‘Afterglow’ has taken 2nd place on the charts.

The group who currently has 3 members teased about releasing new music very soon. “We have new music coming very soon. We’re working on something really exciting that will be out this spring, and can’t wait for you all to hear it,” Little Mix told to MAILONLINE publication.
