Ed Sheeran’s £200 million assets have made him the UK’s richest pop musician under 30 age category, with the star rising in another £40million in a year.
Sheeran has announced a break from his music career after marrying his childhood friend Cherry Seaborn. Now his total assets are £200million, according to the Sunday Times Rich List.

Harry Styles (£63m) and Niall Horan (£50m), both are 26 years old, take second and third place, with Little Mix (£48m) fourth, 28-year-old Louis Tomlinson (£45m) fifth, then Liam Payne (£44m), 26, and 27-year-old Zayn Malik (£36m).
Sam Smith has landed the eighth spot and Rita Ora and Stormzy in joint ninth place with a £20million fortune.
George Ezra and Dua Lipa are then joint 11th place, boasting £16million each.

Ed and Cherry are currently living in his £3.7million Suffolk estate, dubbed Sheeranville, which he bought a few years ago.
