The duo has released an emotional song titled, “What Other People Say” on February 5 today.
The song explains how Demi Lovato and Sam Fischer faced pressure from society. Fischer sees the track as a confession.
According to NME, Fischer said: “It’s about the pressures of society and how getting caught up with the wrong things can change you.”
In a press release, “OK Not To Be OK” hitmaker shared her side of the story, why she accepted this collaboration. She said: “This song is a reflection on what it’s like to lose who you truly are in an effort to please other people and society. It’s why I wanted to make this song with Sam.”

Couple of hours ago, Demi Lovato shared a clip of the single in her Twitter account.
At the beginning year 2021, Demi’s manager Scooter Braun shared a Twitter post of Demi, he wrote: “Demi is in the studio.” Maybe she’s working on this new single at that time.
The 28 year old singer previously collaborated with Marshmello for the single “OK Not To Be OK”.
