The Australian rapper released her latest single ‘I Am the Strip Club’ on July 2nd with an eye poping music video. However, the reactions to the music video were not as expected, many accused her of Blackfishing.
The music video has been getting lots of negativity with screenshots sharing all over social media. According to those images, Iggy Azalea wears a blag wig and has darkened her skin with makeup. Iggy’s appearance in ‘I Am the Strip Club’ music video has triggered many viewers and they directly criticize her for Blackfishing.

The 31-year-old singer did not stay quiet for these claims, she replied: “I can’t care about something that ridiculous and baseless.
“I’m wearing a shade 6 in Armani foundation, it’s the same shade I’ve worn for the last 3 years. It’s the same shade in every music video since ‘Sally Walker’. Suddenly I wear a black wig in a club scene & it’s an issue.”
No matter how much hate she gets, Iggy Azalea thanked both the supporters and hatters in a separate post. In Tweeter, she wrote: “To everyone showing me love: Thankyou for dedicating your day to me & helping me promote, I love you!
